Mt Shasta wisdom

There are certain places or portals that can assist us as we connect to our inner voice and deepen that connection to our higher selves. I recently was invited to Mt Shasta and was able to arrive, unattached to any outcome and learn more about the connection between raising our frequency, being grounded and land portals.

My experience in Mount Shasta brought me to understand how to communicate with land in an even deeper way. There are energetic portal systems beneath our earth and above as well. 

We work with these higher dimensional systems, especially during group masterminds or retreats, to support the shifting of consciousness. In a group we're able to create a lot of momentum because there are so many people. What I learned in Mt Shasta is that as the human bodies learn to become stronger and more grounded, we support the land through being like beams of light that bring that bring high frequencies from our higher consciousness onto the earth. 

Being grounded is essential for the evolution of consciousness. This is a downloaded statement I received in early 2022 and that followed with increasing my connection to my physical body through exercise!

To get a visual for how this works, imagine a bunch of people out in nature (and the humans are all lit up like light bulbs), there is a summoning of light and energy that the plants, water, earth and all of nature gets to experience and benefit from. There is awe there, but to have the light last within the body, we must be grounded which means nourished well with foods that are more ‘light’ than others’ and also have more muscle mass. Muscle helps to ground us naturally.

The way things work on spirit level is very much like a figure eight. There is giving and receiving happening always all at once. 

So, the land supports us, we support the land. It’s all in connection.

We have two big events coming up in the next couple months, Sedona’s Creative Awakening Retreat and the Rising Stars Community Camping weekend. Both of these will be supported by land portals and as groups of intentional beings looking to raise our consciousness, magic is to unfold in connection with the land!
