Receiving Inspiration HyFi Meditation Series is deeply about rest.
Inspiration and creativity require deep rest, more rest than most of us get on our day to day lives. We'll be drawing inspiration from my journey to Japan where I was swept up in the bustling cities as well as merged with nature in the foothills of Mount Fuji.
Along with zen creative expression we will be working with releasing blocks that keep us from stepping into our authority for what belongs to us. It is our birthright to embody an awakened sense of originality, the frequency signature that only we can create in this world.
