Balance in the Elements Winter Retreat
Join us in the frosty winter of Wisconsin as we gather to foster warmth from within and enjoy connection to spirit through the elements.
This is the first of three retreats held in 2025 at the Golden Light Healing Center in Sobieski, Wisconsin.
Phase 1: Winter (January 31-February 2)
Phase 2: Summer (August 15-17)
Phase 3: Fall (November 14-16)
Phase 1 will be our opening. We often resist the brisk and discomfort of solitude in winter. But, did you know that winter holds the most medicine and power of all the seasons? It’s because you have to work a bit harder to stay AWAKE during this season. At this retreat we’ll be using transformative breathwork and meditation to face our deepest, most frozen blocks so that we can unlock a year of healing, potential and magical manifestation. This work will support you in the seasons to come, ensuring new energy and vital upgrades on frequency level.

Optional: REM Healing Circle 1:30-4:30PM
REM Healing Circle will provide personalized insight and echo higher frequencies it into your field, giving you an opportunity for individual and hands on frequency work with Daniela. Done in a group setting and this will connect you energetically to the shifts you’re making to embody a higher level of self, allowing your personal growth to be revealed with more ease in the coming weeks and months.
